Today, there is a tremendous need for projects that have access to sewer and a land disturbance permit (LDP) that allows a builder to build a high-lot-density subdivision.

At New Tech Properties, LLC (NTP), we create modern, upscale communities by sourcing the land, getting all the entitlements for a mixed-use project, and then building a new sewer plant for the project. 

NTP doesn't do the horizontal or vertical construction for the project. We sell the land to a developer / homebuilder who can do both the horizontal and vertical construction.

Having a sewer plant adjacent to the project saves our developers / homebuilders a lot of time and money. Plus, it provides maximum lot density without having to run miles of offsite sewer pipe.

This is an example of a "STEP" sewer system. 

Our projects have a public sewer system because NTP works with the appropriate municipality to build the plant, and when the construction is completed, we donate it to the municipality. They will own, operate, and maintain the sewer system for the project.

The sewer plants that we will build have a STEP (Septic Tank Effluent Pump) collection system that can typically lower the normal up-front development costs by hundreds of thousands of dollars. 

This system uses pressurized lines buried only 2-3 feet below the ground, eliminating the need for lift stations and digging deep trenches for a gravity sewer system. 

With the STEP collection system, the infrastructure can be constructed as the houses are built, allowing the sewer collection cost in the project to be rolled into the sales price of the homes.
